K, I'm thinking they have their little meeting and FINALLY they all start to get their Animagi features. Petey needs his little tail to pop out and James obviously needs antlers sprouting from his head and Sirius needs his paws. I think Wormtail would be the last, encouraged by the fact that his friends had just achieved it.
But which should be first? Or at the same time? And how much of their animals should they show? I just think we should decide what happens before the actual posting.

Remus wishes they would all hurry the hell up, as he routinely sprouts fur already, and he didn't think James and Sirius enjoyed being so many steps behind (and he's sure you'll catch up, Pete, no worries).
So many dreams were broken and so much was sacrificed Was it worth the ones we loved and had to leave behind? So many years have passed, who are the noble and the wise? Will all our sins be justified?

Sirius agrees... and says that he would like to have a tail, first. And dog feet. James can go second; he's accustomed to being in second place, yeah?

In all seriousness, they should definitely be before Peter. They could get it around the same time. Haha, maybe they don't know who was first, and Peter wasn't looking... like they were facing away from each other, and so James and Sirius argue to the end of time about who was first, lol.

Oh, I like that idea. That they never know. lol. That sounds like a very James and Sirius argument to have. I think James'll just have the huge antlers coming out of his head. Thus, Prongs. : )
